Managing Director Rob Willcox has led many successful software development teams including KiwiTech Marine Solutions that was purchased by RayMarine, Seamation Marine Navigation that was purchased by Navman, where Rob went on to be Director of Technology for the development of the next generation of marine solutions integrating navigation, GPS, radar, sounder and entertainment systems. Rob has firsthand experience of the outsourcing process - his OneTouch App and Hub project that has been developed over the last 3 years started off as an in-house development but this transitioned to being fully outsourced to OutSmart Hub.

Co-founder and Digital Evangelist Roshan Milinda is also based in the Auckland office where we have account management, documentation and administration staff. Roshan is an extremely talented and highly qualified IT professional who oversees the projects and ensures each project has the optimum resource allocation during the different stages.

Managing Director of OutSmart Hub Sri Lanka, Co-founder Lasantha Wickramasinghe is based in Sri Lanka and spends his time between the Kandy and Colombo offices.
